Our Background

Randi Brosterman Hutchens is an Executive Coach focused on leadership development. Prior to founding Actionable Transitions, Randi was a management consulting Principal in Strategy and Operations with Deloitte Consulting. Nine years ago, after 26 years with Deloitte, Randi embarked on a second career as an Executive Coach.
 

During her career with Deloitte Consulting, Randi provided management consulting services to clients in the Financial Services Industry. With Deloitte, Randi led numerous client engagements including strategy, operational design and execution, business process improvement, information technology implementation, and change management.

Randi held a number of leadership roles within Deloitte, including National Financial Services Industry Leader of Deloitte’s mid-market Consulting practice, as well as leadership roles within Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative and Deloitte’s Parents Community. Randi focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent at Deloitte, and fostering an environment of inclusion that develops leadership skills including strategic thinking, effective communication, relationship building, work/life balance, and more.

Randi serves on multiple boards, including BioBridge Global, Emtora BioSciences, Mind Science Foundation, and the McNulty Wharton Leadership Advisory Board.

Randi has an MBA in Finance/Marketing and a BS in Economics, both from

The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
